Death by Zucchini




I am in need of any fabulous recipes to use zucchini. We have a plethora in our garden already. I have a couple good ways to use it, but need more. I know it can be added to chocolate cake recipes and such. I am open to any ideas and suggestions. If you want some, come and get it!!

I keep some shredded in my fridge/freezer and add a little to almost everything...spaghetti sauce, sloppy joes, salads, soups...you can add a little or a lot.

P.S. Ours is just barely growing so I could take a few off your hands if you want.

Hey, Melissa -
We have only harvested a few zucchini, with only a few more growing. I'm hoping we'll have that plethora. I slice them the long way, spray them with a little olive oil and sprinkle with some seasonings (Italian or??) and grill them on the BBQ (thanks for the idea, Becky & Alex). Yum!

By the way, I enjoy checking out your blog (I don't often leave comments, but I do enjoy reading!)
